坦度螺酮与米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

目的评价坦度螺酮与米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及安全性。方法将66例符合入组标准的广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为两组,分别予以坦度螺酮和米氮平治疗8周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、临床疗效总评量表和副反应量表评价疗效及不良反应。结果治疗8周后,坦度螺酮与米氮平的显效率分别为78.8%和75.8%,两组比较,P〉0.05,无显著性差异。结论坦度螺酮和米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效相当,均可作为治疗广泛性焦虑症的一种有效选择。

A Comparative Study of Tandospirone and Mirtazapine in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective To explore the effects and side effects of tandospirone and mirtazapine for treating the generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 66 patients with generalized anxiety disorders were randomly divided into two groupes and treated with tandospirone and mirtazapine for eight weeks.The HAMA CGI and TESS were used to evaluate efficacy and side effects.Results After 8 weeks treatment,the marked effective rates of the tandospirone subgroup and the mirtazapine subgrovp were 78.8% and 75.8%,there was no significant difference between two subgroups（P0.05）.Conclvsion Tandospirone and mirtazapine both has good effectiveness for treating of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
