黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗急性病毒性心肌炎60例临床观察

目的观察黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,加用黄芪注射液30 mL加10(葡萄糖注射液250 mL,静滴,1次/d,连用2周;曲美他嗪,每次20 mg,3次/d,连用8周。观察治疗前后临床疗效和心电图变化及不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效的总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);治疗组的心电图ST-T改变也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未发现药物的不良反应。结论黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪可作为治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的一线药物。

Clinical Observation of Astragalus injection combined with Trimetazidine in Treating 60 cases of Acute Viral Myocarditis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of astragalus injection combined with Trimetazidine in treating acute viral myocarditis.Methods 60 patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group was 30 patients.Control group cases were received conventional therapy alone and on the basis treatment,the treatment group cases were added 30 mL Astragalus injection plus 250 mL 10% glucose injection Qdivgtt.2 weeks,trimetazidine per 20 mg,Tid po.8 weeks.It was observed before and after treatment that the clinical effect,ECG changes and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,It was better than the control group 66.7%（P〈0.05）.ECG ST-T changes in treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.There was not found adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion Trimetazidine combined Astragalus could be used as first-line treatment of acute viral myocarditis drugs.
