惠州地区新生儿TORCH感染状况的检测分析

目的:了解本地区新生儿TORCH(弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒)感染状况。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对206例新生儿进行TORCH-IgM抗体检测。结果:新生儿TOXO、RV、CMV、HSVIgM的阳性率分别为4.4%、2.4%、14.5%、7.7%,其中新生儿CMV感染率最高。结论:本地区新生儿CMV感染率最高;新生儿及胎儿感染TORCH系列病原体后常可发生严重的后遗症,TORCH感染对优生优育、人口素质的提高构成很大的威胁,应引起足够的重视。

Research and Analysis on TORCH Infection in Neonate in Huizhou

Objective To investigate the infection rates of TORCH-IgM (Toxoplasmosis、 Rubella Virus、 cytomegalovirus、 herpes simplex virus) in Neonate in Huizhou area. Methods Serum samples of 206 Neonate were tested for TORCH-IgM antibody by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positivity rates of TOXO、 RV、 CMV and HSV IgM were 4.4%、 2.4%、14.5%、 7.7% respectively in the neonate and the infection rate of CMV was the highestone. Conclusion The positivity rate of CMV in Huizhou neonate is the highest one.neonate and fetuses infected by TORCH pathogenies will likely result in serious sequelae. TORCH infection poses a big threat to maternal and child health care and to improving the quality of the population, therefore we should pay adequate attention to it.
