| 摘 要： | 行腹腔镜胆囊切除术２００例，手术成功１９０例，发生严重并发症３便，结果表明，腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小，痛苦轻、住院时间短和康复愉等优点，文中还对手术适应及操作技术进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in 200 cases,190 of which provedto be successful and 3 of which incurred a severe complication,The results showed that laparo-scopic cholecystectomy possesses such advantages as small wound,slight pain,short hospitaliza-tion and quick recovery,The operative indications and technical problems are discussed in detail. |
