含G-CSF的预激方案治疗急性髓系白血病的疗效观察

目的观察小剂量阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)、高山尖杉酯碱(HHT)与粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)同时使用的预激方案治疗低增生性、老龄及继发骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)转化的急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法应用CHG方案治疗AML初治7例,难治或复发3例,既往曾接受DA/HA方案化疗,MDS转化为AML2例,若第一疗程不缓解可重复使用两疗程,方案与第一疗程相同,如仍未缓解停用。结果12例患者中8例患者接受一个疗程,4例患者接受二个疗程治疗。完全缓解5例(41.7%)部分缓解4例(33.3%),有效率75.0%。大部分患者出现了可以耐受的轻微不良反应,主要表现为骨髓抑制。结论小剂量Ara-C和HHT方案联合G-CSF的预激方案治疗AML安全有效,而且不良反应少。

Study on the Mechanism of CHG Priming to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia Cell Line

Objective: To observe the efficacy and adverse events of treatment for low risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS),previously elderly acute myeloid leukemia(AML),and secondary AML from MDS with CHG regiment. Method: CHG regiment were used to treat 7 cases untreated AML,3 cases refractory or relapsed AML,2 cases secondary AML from MDS.The patients for whom treatment has failed with 1 course of treatment continued to receive another course of treatment,if failed again they were exited. Result: 8 cases received 1 course of treatment, 4 cases received another course of treatment, 5(41.7%) caces achieved completely remission(CR),4cases achived partial remission(PR),the total responsive rate was 75%.Most of the cases had slight adverse events which mainly were marrow inhibition.Conclusion: Treatment for AML with CHG regiment is safe effective and slight adverse events.
