北京市门头沟区农村居民健康状况及健康需求现况调查

目的了解门头沟区农村居民健康状况及健康需求,分析门头沟区农村居民目前存在的主要健康问题。方法采用北京市健康教育所设计的调查问卷,按照等距抽样原则,抽取900名农村居民进行问卷调查。结果除厕所卫生条件外农村居民卫生保健状况较好,调查比例均在70%以上,农村居民总吸烟率为38.9%,47.6%的农村居民做过健康体检,83.7%的农村居民去年没有患病,农村居民对慢性病知识的需求占44.9%。结论改善农村居民的厕所卫生条件,加强控烟工作力度,提高农村居民体育锻炼和健康体检的积极性,增强农村居民对隐患疾病的认识,以及有针对性地开展疾病相关知识的健康讲座将是今后我们健康教育工作的重点。

Status of health and needs for health among rural residents in Mentougou District, Beijing

Objective To learn the status of health and needs for health among the rural residents in Mentougou District of Beijing and to summarize and analyze their health problems.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 900 rural residents selected by isometric sampling.Result Sanitary conditions and health habits except closet sanitary were better.Their proportions were beyond 70%. The general rate of smoking among rural residents was 38.9%.47.6% of rural residents did physical examination.83.7% of residents had not gone to the bed for the last year.44.9% residents longed for knowledge about chronic diseases.Conclusion Emphasis of health education for rural residents should be put on the following aspects,such as closet sanitary,tobacco control,physical exercises and physical examination,cognition of relevant diseases.
