MicroRNA-206、microRNA-29b、microRNA-133a的表达及对骨折患者延迟愈合的预测价值

摘    要:目的 分析microRNA-206(miR-206)、microRNA-29b(miR-29b)、microRNA-133a(miR-133a)的表达及对骨折患者延迟愈合的预测价值,为临床应用提供依据。方法 选取2020年1月—2020年12月四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院收治的123例骨折延迟愈合患者作为观察组,另取该院100例骨折愈合正常患者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测患者血清miR-206、miR-29b、miR-133a的表达;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析各指标单独及联合预测骨折延迟愈合的价值。结果 观察组血清miR-206、miR-29b、miR-133a相对表达量高于对照组(P <0.05)。miR-206、miR-29b、miR-133a预测骨折延迟愈合的准确性分别为82.79%、83.90%和86.67%,较3者联合预测准确性(96.72%)低。3者联合预测骨折延迟愈合的敏感性和特异性分别为95.94%(95%CI:0.922,0.986)、96.00%(95%CI:0.937,0.993),高于单独预测。结论 骨折延迟愈合患者血清mi...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the predictive value of the expressions of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a for the delayed union of fracture, and so as to provide evidence for clinical practice.Methods The 123 patients with delayed union of fracture treated in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences and Sichuan Provincial People''s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 100 patients with normal fracture healing in the hospital were selected as the control group. The levels of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted and the predictive values of each indicator alone and the combined detection of these indicators were analyzed.Results The serum levels of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The accuracy of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a in predicting the delayed union of fracture was 82.79%, 83.90% and 86.67%, lower than that of the combined detection of these indicators (96.72%). The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a in predicting the delayed union of fracture were 95.94% (95% CI: 0.922, 0.986) and 96.00% (95% CI: 0.937, 0.993), which were both higher than those of these indicators alone.Conclusions The serum levels of microRNA-206, microRNA-29b and microRNA-133a are higher in patients with the delayed union of fracture. The combined detection of these indicators effectively predicts the occurrence of delayed union in fracture patients, which is of value for further clinical practice.
