| 摘 要： | 目的探讨地佐辛和布托啡诺在胫腓骨骨折手术患者中的超前镇痛疗效。方法选取2017年4月-2018年12月我院收治的胫腓骨骨折手术患者50例,随机分为两组,对照组(n=25)采用布托啡诺进行超前镇痛,研究组(n=25)采用地佐辛进行超前镇痛,对两组患者术中的镇静评分(Ramsay)、骨折术后疼痛评分表(VAS)、不良反应进行比较。结果研究组患者术中的镇静评分优于给药前,且研究组的Ramsay评分优于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0. 05);两组患者临床不良反应无明显差异(P>0. 05)。结论对胫腓骨骨折手术患者采用地佐辛进行超前镇痛,其镇痛时间较长,且患者膝关节功能恢复较为显著,术后患者无显著不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of dezocine and butorphanol on preemptive analgesic in patients undergoing surgery for tibiofibular fractures. Methods 50 patients with tibiofibular fractures were randomly divided into butorphanol control group( n = 25) and dezocine research group( n = 25). the intraoperative Ramsay sedation index and the postoperative VAS score were recorded. Results The Ramsay indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group( P<0. 05). Conclusion For patients with tibiofibular fracture,dezocine can provide better sedation and preemptive analgesia effects. |
