跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗

目的：探讨跟骨钛钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法：对36例跟骨关节内骨折进行切开复位、植骨、跟骨钛钢板内固定,并进行随访分析;骨折按Sanders分型,Ⅱ型13足,Ⅲ型21足,Ⅳ型2足。结果：本组患者均获5～22个月随访,根据Mary land足部评分标准评价,从疼痛与功能两方面具体评定,总分100分,经评定后优良率为94.56%。X线评价,所有患者手术前后均摄跟骨侧、轴位片,骨折平均愈合时间为60 d。结论：跟骨钛钢板内固定加植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折能有效支撑跟骨塌陷的关节面,疗效确切。

Intra-articular calcaneal fractures of treatment with operation

Objective：To discuss the effect of titanium plate fixation of calcaneal bone graft to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods：36 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures with open reduction,bone graft and titanium calcaneal plate,and for follow-up analysis;fractures according to Sanders classification,Ⅱtype 13 feet,Ⅲin 21 feet,Ⅳtype 2 feet.Results：All cases were followed up for 5 to 22 months,according to Mary land Foot Score for the evaluation of pain and function from the two specific assessment,total score of 100 points,after the fine assessed was 94.56%.X-rating showed that all the patients before and after surgery were taken on heel side of the axial slice,the average healing time of fracture was 60 days.Conclusion：Titanium plate fixation of calcaneal bone graft to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures can effectively support the collapse of the articular calcaneal surface and effective.
