复发性口腔溃疡患者中医体质类型调查与分析

目的:对复发性口腔溃疡患者的中医体质类型进行调查,为临床防治复发性口腔溃疡提供客观依据。方法:借助"问卷星"网络调查平台,采用自制调查问卷,在全国范围内进行流行病学调研。结果:经调查670例复发性口腔溃疡患者中,平和质占19.25%;8种偏颇体质由多到少依次为:气虚质占21.64%、阳虚质占15.82%、阴虚质11.94%、气郁质占11.19%、湿热质占7.76%、痰湿质占5.22%、特禀质与瘀血质各占3.58%。结论:复发性口腔溃疡患者中医体质以气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质多见,且复发性口腔溃疡患者体质分布与地域相关。

Investigation and Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Types in Patients with Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective:To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution types in patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU),so as to provide an objective basis for clinical prevention and treatment of ROU.Methods:With the "Questionnaire Star" network survey platform,a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an epidemiological research nationwide. Results:Among 670 patients with ROU,the constitution of yin-yang harmony accounted for 19.25%. The other eight types of TCM constitution were as follows:the constitution of qi deficiency(21.64%),the constitution of yang deficiency(15.82%),the constitution of yin deficiency(11.94%),the constitution of qi stagnation(11.19%),the constitution of damp-heat(7.76%),the constitution of phlegm-dampness(5.22%),the allergic constitution and the constitution of blood stasis were the minimum,accounted for 3.58%. Conclusion:The constitution of qi deficiency,the constitution of yang deficiency and the constitution of yin deficiency is more common in patients with ROU,and the distribution of TCM constitution in patients with ROU is related to the region.
