中药提取物调控肝纤维化信号通路研究进展

肝纤维化是由各种慢性肝脏疾病引起的共同病理过程,涉及多条细胞内外信号通路,通过干预肝纤维化信号通路来终止和逆转肝纤维化病理过程对肝纤维化的治疗有重要意义。中药在防治肝纤维化方面有着显著的优势,近年来从中药中提取出有效活性成分,干预肝纤维化信号通路已成为研究热点,中药提取物白芍总苷、橙皮苷、川芎嗪、青蒿琥酯、槲皮黄酮、熊果酸等能分别干预(TGF-β)/Smad、Wnt、NF-κB、PPAR等信号通路,为进一步研究中药抗肝纤维化的作用机制,寻找中药治疗肝纤维化的新靶点,探索中医药防治肝纤维化提供新思路。参考文献44篇。

Advances in Studies on the Regulation of Liver Fibrosis Signaling Pathway by Extracts of Chinese Medicinals

Hepatic fibrosis is a common pathological process caused by various chronic liver diseases. It involves multiple intracellular and extracellular signal pathways. Intervention of liver fibrosis signaling pathway to terminate and reverse the pathological process of liver fibrosis is important for the treatment of liver fibrosis. Chinese medicinals has significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis. In recent years,effective active ingredients extracted from Chinese medicinals which could intervene liver fibrosis signaling pathways,has become a research hotspot. Chinese medicinals extracts such as total glucosides of paeony,hesperidin,ligustrazine,artesunate,quercetin,ursolic acid,etc. can interfere with transforming growth factor β (TGF-β)/Smad,Wnt,nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR) and other signaling pathways. This research could help the study on the mechanism of anti-liver fibrosis of Chinese medicinals,to find new targets for Chinese medicinals to treat liver fibrosis,and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis by Chinese medicinals.
