年轻乳腺癌患者心理社会适应水平调查及影响因素分析

目的了解年轻乳腺癌患者的心理社会适应水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法于2017年9月1日-2018年1月31日,采用一般资料问卷及乳腺癌患者心理社会适应问卷对在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院治疗的80名年轻乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果年轻乳腺癌患者心理社会适应的得分为(168.61±26.37)分,有48.8%的患者处于高度适应水平,分别有41.3%、10.0%的患者处于中、低度适应水平。方差分析结果显示,婚姻关系、与家人以及他人的关系、自我感觉的性格类型均对年轻患者的心理社会适应有一定的影响。回归分析结果显示,与他人的关系、自我感觉的性格类型是影响患者心理社会适应水平的主要因素。结论年轻乳腺癌患者心理社会适应水平处于中等。临床护理人员应结合相关影响因素,通过制订一些针对性的措施来协助患者更好地应对疾病及治疗,以提高其生命质量。

Investigation on Social-psychological Adaptation of Young Patients with Breast Cancer and Analysis of Influencing Factors

Objective To learn the social-psychological adaptation of young patients with breast cancer and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From September 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018, 80 young patients with breast cancer treated in Fudan University Shanghai admitted to Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center were surveyed with General Information Questionnaire and Social-psychological Adaptation Questionnaire for Patients with Breast Cancer. Results The score on social-psychological adaptation of young patients with breast cancer was 168.61 ± 26.37. 48.8% of the patients had a high level of adaptation,41.3% and 10.0% had a middle and low level of adaptation respectively. The results of variance analysis showed that marital relationship, relationship with family and others, and self-perceived personality all had some influence on the social-psychological adaptation of young patients. The results of regression analysis showed that the relationship with others and self-perceived personality can significantly affecting the level of social-psychological adaptation of patients. Conclusion Young patients with breast cancer have a middle level of social-psychological adaptation. The clinical nursing staff should formulate some targeted measures by taking relevant influencing factors into consideration to help patients to better cope with the disease and treatment, so as to improve their quality of life.
