中药多糖联合化疗治疗肿瘤进展研究

中药多糖是由多个单糖组成的一种天然高分子化合物,在各种中药中广泛存在,大量的药理实验研究发现中药多糖,具有抗肿瘤、调节免疫、调节肠道菌群生物活性广泛,双向调节、毒性反应及副作用小的特点。化疗药物在临床应用中有着确切的疗效,但其引起的毒性反应及副作用不容忽视。概述在近几年抗肿瘤研究中,化疗药物对消化系统、免疫系统、外周神经的损害作用,中药多糖联合化疗药物使用,能够通过保护脏器、调节免疫系统、抑制肿瘤血管生成而发挥增效减毒作用。参考文献52篇。

Study Progress of Chinese Medicine Polysaccharide Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Tumor
