高尿酸血症从湿毒论治探析

摘    要:结合高尿酸血症的发病特点探讨湿毒与高尿酸血症的相关性。湿毒具有迁延难愈、反复发作的特点,与高尿酸血症发病特点相似。基于湿毒角度,分析高尿酸血症发病的病因病机,认为肝、脾、肾三脏共同影响着高尿酸血症的发生、发展及预后。探讨其辨证论治方法,应针对湿毒所致并密切结合调整三脏功能入手,故健脾利湿化毒疗法应贯穿高尿酸血症治疗的始终,以此选药组方,以求治本。

Abstract:To explore the correlation between damp toxin and hyperuricemia from the characteristics of the onset of hyperuricemia. Damp toxin has the characteristics of prolonged refractory and repeated attacks,which is similar to the pathogenic characteristics of hyperuricemia. This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperuricemia from the perspective of damp toxin. It is hold that the occurrence,development and prognosis of hyperuricemia are closely associated with the liver,spleen and kidney. According to this viewpoint,the method of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of hyperuricemia is furtherly explored. The pathogenic characteristics of damp toxin should be the starting point and the functions of three viscera should be adjusted. The therapy of invigorating spleen,removing dampness and poison should be applied throughout the treatment of hyperuricemia,and the disease can be treated from the root if herbs are selected and a formula is designed in this way.
