摘    要:目的身体与坐垫界面之间的压力是形成褥疮的主要原因。通过对人体臀部压力分布的研究,研发了一款基于人体臀部压力检测、坐姿识别的褥疮智能防治系统。方法设计一款便携式褥疮防治系统,采用棉垫、振动电机作为坐垫主体。系统主要包括电源模块、压力检测模块、主控模块、动力驱动模块、人机交互模块。采用触摸屏与主控模块进行通信,压力传感器采集实时压力值,控制矩阵电机组不同的工作方式。以不同体质量区间的使用者测试5种不同坐姿下坐垫的振动效果。结果该便携式褥疮防治系统承受的最大体质量为80 kg,传感器灵敏度为200 mV/kg,以振动强度与振动速度衡量,范围是0~0.8 mm/s。疲劳试验和安全性适合人体使用要求。人体试验证明,该系统可以有效识别坐姿的变化情况,根据臀部受力进行多模式的振动,进而针对性地控制矩阵电机组工作。准确判断坐姿达到定时时间后,自动开启相应的褥疮防治工作模式。结论该系统能提供多种振动工作方式,易于携带,操作方便,能根据人体坐姿压力分布状态实现智能褥疮防治。

Abstract:Objective To study and develop an intelligent bedsore prevention system based on human hip pressure detection and sit posture recognition by human hip pressure distribution, in consideration of pressure between body and cushion interface is the main cause of bedsore. Methods The portable bedsore prevention system using cotton pad and vibration motor as the main body of cushion was designed. The system mainly included power module, pressure detection module, main control module, power drive module and human-computer interaction module. The touch screen was used to communicate with main control module, and pressure sensor collected real-time pressure values to control different working modes of matrix motor u-nit. The vibration effect of cushion was tested in five different sitting positions for users of different body mass ranges. Results The maximum weight of portable bedsore prevention system was 80 kg, the sensitivity of sensor was 200 mV/kg, and measure-ment range of vibration intensity and speed was 0-0.8 mm/s. The fatigue experiments and safety were suitable for human use.The human body test showed that the system effectively recognized changes in sitting posture, perform multi-mode vibration according to hip force, and control matrix motor unit in targeted manner. The corresponding working mode of bedsore preven-tion was automatically turned on after accurately judging sitting posture. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the system is easy to carry and operate, and could provide variety of vibration work modes. The intelligent bedsore prevention can be realized based on pressure distribution of human sitting posture.
