中医药辅助西药治疗肺结核概述

摘    要:检索2013年至2018年中国知网所收录的中医药辅助治疗肺结核的相关研究成果,并进行整理归纳后发现,传统中医药辅助西药治疗肺结核具有一定的优势,但在治疗理念方面并没有形成统一的认识,疗效及安全性评价仍存在很大的差异。研究发现提高痰菌阴转率、改善影像学指标、缓解抗结核药物引起的不良反应、改善肺结核中毒症状、调节机体免疫功能以及给药途径多样化六个方面是中医药辅助治疗肺结核的创新点,以期为肺结核患者的规范治疗提供新的思路和方法。参考文献36篇。

Abstract:Through searching and summarizing the relevant research results of Chinese medicine assisted treatment of tuberculosis collected from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure from 2013 to 2018,it is found that traditional Chinese medicine assisted western medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of tuberculosis,but there is no unified understanding in the treatment,and there are still great differences in efficacy and safety evaluation. In order to provide new ideas and methods for the standardized treatment of tuberculosis,we should improve the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria,improve the imaging indexes,alleviate the side effects caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs,improve the symptoms of tuberculosis poisoning,regulate the immune function of the body and diversify the routes of administration. There is a total of36 references.
