“补血四方”治疗血虚证概述

四物汤、当归补血汤、归脾汤、八珍汤俱为补血类方剂,均具有补血作用。随着现代医学的不断发展,诊疗手段的不断进步,目前临床上迫切需要应用中医方剂治疗有明显诊断学指标变化的血液疾病。中医临床上常应用上述补血四方治疗具有血虚症状的疾病,从补血四方的补血机制和临床研究的角度探讨其对血虚证的影响和治疗作用,认为补血四方的补血机制均为通过对人体精髓的补益和调节作用,从生血的源头论治血虚证,但四方适宜的中医证候不同,相应的药理作用也不一样。

Preliminary Study of Treating Blood Deficiency Syndrome with Four Supplementing Blood Formulas

Siwu Decoction(四物汤),Danggui Buxue Decoction(当归补血汤),Guipi Decoction(归脾汤) and Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤) are the formulas for supplementing blood in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).With the development of modern medicine and continuous progress in diagnosis and treatment,there is an urgent need to apply TCM formula to treat hemopathy which could show obvious changes in diagnostic indicators. The four supplementing blood formulas are often used in clinic to treat blood deficiency diseases. Based on their mechanism of supplementing blood and clinical research,their effect on blood deficiency and therapeutic effect was explored in this paper. It is believed that mechanism of supplementing blood is through tonifying and regulating essence and marrow. These formulas through the origin of blood production have the effect for blood deficiency,but their TCM indications are varying as well as the pharmacological effects.
