摘    要:阐述绩效考评的内涵以及医药院校图书馆员绩效考评的意义,以首都医科大学为例指出绩效考评过程中存在的具体问题,并提出相应解决方案,以期为医药院校图书馆员绩效考评体系建设提供参考.

Abstract:The paper elaborates the connotation of performance evaluation and the significance of librarian performance evaluation in medical college and university libraries. Taking Capital Medical University as an example, it reveals the specific problems and then puts forward some related solutions, so as to provide references for the construction of performance evaluation system on medical college and university librarians.
