| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定抗感口服液中芍药苷的含量。方法phenomenex5ODS(3)色谱柱(4.6mmid×250mm，5μm)，流动相乙腈-水(18∶82)，检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷的含量测定线性范围1.9-9.9μg，相关系数r=0.9995，平均加样回收率99.87%，RSD1.83%(n=5)。结论该法操作简便，灵敏，准确，可作为本制剂的质量控制方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kanggan oral liquid.Methods:Paeoniflorin was separated by a phenomenex 5 ODS(3) column(4.6 mm id×250 mm, 5μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(18∶82)and an UV detection wavelength of 230 nm.Results:The paeoniflorin curve was linear in the range of 1.9～9.9 μg, with a corelation coefficient of 0.999 5. The average recovery was 99.87%, and RSD 1.83%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be one of the quality control methods. |
