自体阔筋膜移植修补术治疗直肠前突的临床研究

目的探讨治疗直肠前突的新术式。方法直肠前突实际上是直肠前壁在排便增加腹压时向前突出,如同疝突出一样,我们借鉴补片修补腹壁疝的原理,而设计的一种治疗直肠前突的新的手术方法。结果本组123例患者全部治愈,全部病例跟踪随访时间两年以上。经排粪造影检查,直肠前突未见复发。结论自体阔筋膜移植修补术治疗直肠前突,具有不增加局部张力,修补处呈自然状态,术后便秘不易复发的优点。

Clinical research about transplant neoplasty of autos fascia lata to heal rectum anterior process
