| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消毒蜂蜜对兔实验性碱烧伤后角膜修复的疗效及其机制。方法 制作兔角膜碱烧伤模型，烧伤后实验组用20％消毒蜂蜜滴眼，对照组用生理盐水滴眼，以计算机图像分析系统定量分析角膜上皮愈合的面积。结果 图像分析测得角膜上皮愈合面积，在第3、5、7、9和14d实验组与对照组比较差异均有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论 消毒蜂蜜可以促进角膜上皮的愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of sterilized honey on corneal healing in corneal alkali burns in animals. Methods Corneal alkali bum models of New Zealand white rabbits were made and 20% sterilized honey were topically applied.The experimental rabbit eyes were divided into treatment group and comparison group.Corneal epithelial healing were measured by using a computer image analysis system. Results The areas of corneal epithelial healing in the treatment group on days 3,5,7,9 and 14 post-injury was larger than that in the comparison group(P<0.05). Conclusion The sterilized honey treatment can promote epithelial healing. |
