银粉玻璃离子粘固剂与牙体组织间密合度的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:目的 观察银粉玻璃离子粘固剂与牙体组织间的密合度。方法 于离体牙充填盒型洞后运用扫描电镜观察。结果 低倍下充填材料与牙体组织间密合好;放大至1000倍后未见充填材侵入牙本质小管内,He壁、轴壁、颈壁处均未见微缝隙;放大至3000倍后亦未见微缝隙存在。结论 银粉玻璃离子粘固剂与牙体组织问密合良好。

Abstract:Objective To observe the adaptation of Glass Ionomer Silver Reinforced restorative to the teeth.Methods After filling the box cavity in the teeth,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the adaptation.Results Under lower amplication,the samples showed good adaptation.Under amplication of 1000,there were no Glass Ionomer Silver Reinforced Restorative in the dentine tubes.No microleakage of occlusa wall,axis wall and gingival wall was observed.Under amplication of 3000,no microleakage was observed either.Conclusion The adaptation of Glass Ionomer Silver Reinforced Restoration to the teeth was good.
