盾叶薯蓣离体培养体系的建立及薯蓣皂苷元含量分析

摘    要:以盾叶薯蓣叶片为外植体,研究不同浓度激素组合对盾叶薯蓣愈伤组织、不定芽及再生植株的影响,并对不同材料诱导获得的再生植株中薯蓣皂苷元含量进行了分析。结果表明,诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+BA2.0mg·L-1+2,4D0.1mg·L-1;诱导不定芽及芽生长的培养基的最适培养基为MS+BA0.1mg·L-1(0.05mg·L-1)+病毒唑5mg·L-1;诱导试管苗生根的最适培养基为MS/2+IAA0.2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1。相同外植体诱导的再生植株中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异不明显;不同盾叶薯蓣诱导的再生植株中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异明显。

Abstract:The leaves of Dioscorea zingibiernsis C. H.Wright were used as the explants to study the callus induction 、shoot induction and plant regeneration on the MS media containing different hormone combinations. On the basis of it, content of the diosgenin in regenerated plantlets from different sources were analyzed .The results indicated that the callus induction was better on MS medium with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L2,4D; the shoot induction and growth was better on MS medium added with 0.1(0.05) mg/L 6-BA and ...
