职业防护技能训练对手术室护士职业暴露防护能力的影响

目的观察职业防护技能训练对手术室护士职业暴露防护能力的影响。方法采用自身前后对照实验设计,对手术室的39名护士实行职业防护技能训练。比较训练前(2017年7月~2018年6月)和训练后(2018年7月~2019年6月)护士职业暴露知识知晓情况、职业防护行为及职业暴露发生率。结果与训练前比较,手术室护士训练后职业暴露知识知晓得分及职业防护行为得分均明显增高(P<0.01),而职业暴露发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论职业防护技能训练能有效提高手术室护士对职业暴露的认知,促进职业防护行为,降低职业暴露发生率。

Effect of Occupational Protection Skills Training on Occupational Exposure Protection Ability of Nurses in Operating Room

Objective To observe the effect of occupational protective skills training on occupational exposure protection ability of nurses in operating room.Methods A series of self-contrast controlled experimental designs were used to conduct occupational protective skills training for 39 nurses in the operating room.Before the training(July 2017-June 2018)and after training(July 2018-June 2019),the nurses'knowledge of occupational exposure knowledge,occupational protective behaviors and the incidence of occupational exposure were compared.Results Compared with those before training,the operating exposure knowledge scores and occupational protective behavior scores of nurses in the operating room after training were significantly higher(P<0.01),while the incidence of occupational exposure was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational protection skills training can effectively improve the operating room nurses'awareness of occupational exposure,promote their occupational protective behavior,and reduce the incidence of occupational exposure.
