| 摘 要： | 肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8样分子2(TIPE2)可负性调控固有免疫及适应性免疫系统,并通过影响多种信号通路参与肝炎、肝硬化、肝细胞癌等肝脏疾病的发生和发展过程。总结目前TIPE2参与不同肝病发病机制的现有研究,认为TIPE2可能成为治疗不同肝脏疾病的一个新靶点。

| Abstract: | Tumor necrosis factor-alpha-induced protein 8-like 2 (TIPE2) can negatively regulate innate immunity and adaptive immunity and participate in the development and progression of various liver diseases, such as hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma, by affecting a variety of signaling pathways. This article summarizes the current research on the involvement of TIPE2 in the pathogenesis of different liver diseases and points out that TIPE2 may become a new target for the treatment of liver diseases. |
