血清25-羟维生素D水平与缺血性脑卒中复发的相关性分析

目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D水平对缺血性脑卒中复发的预测价值,同时观察高血糖、高血脂、高血压、吸烟对缺血性脑卒中复发患者血清25-羟维生素D水平的影响。方法检测30例缺血性脑卒中复发患者及30例缺血性脑卒中未复发患者的血清25-羟维生素D水平。根据血清25-羟维生素D水平,将复发组分为高水平亚组及低水平亚组,比较不同血清25-羟维生素D水平患者与性别、年龄、是否存在高血糖、高血压、高血脂、吸烟的差异。结果复发组血清25-羟维生素D水平为(7.181±0.771)ng/ml,无复发组为(16.92±1.663)ng/ml。与无复发组比较,复发组血清25-羟维生素D水平显著降低(t=5.749,P<0.01)。缺血性脑卒中复发患者血清25-羟维生素D水平与年龄、吸烟、性别、血糖、血压、血脂无明显相关性(均P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中复发患者血清25-羟维生素D水平明显下降,且与患者年龄、吸烟、性别、血糖、血压、血脂无关。维生素D可能是缺血性脑卒中复发过程中关键因素之一。

Correlation analysis of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and the recurrence of ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level for recurrence of ischemic stroke,and to observe the effect of hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,hypertension and smoking to serum25-hydroxyvitamin D level of patients with ischemic stroke recurrence.Methods Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were measured in 30 patients with recurrent ischemic stroke and 30 patients without recurrent ischemic stroke.According to the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level,the recurrence group was divided into high level subgroup and low level subgroup.The difference of gender,age,the presence of hyperglycemia,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and smoking in different serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level patients were compared between the patients with different25-hydroxyvitamin D levels.Results The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in recurrence group was(7.181±0.771)ng/ml,and the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in non-recurrence group was(16.92±1.663)ng/ml.Compared with that in non-recurrence group,the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D content in recurrence group was significantly decreased(t=5.749,P<0.01).There was no correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and age,smoking,gender,glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid in patients with recurrent ischemic stroke(all P>0.05).Conclusions The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the serum of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke is significantly decreased,which is unrelated to age,smoking,gender,glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid.Vitamin D may be one of the key factors in the recurrence of ischemic stroke.
