前外侧入路微创经皮钛板内固定技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果

目的总结前外侧入路微创经皮钛板内固定(MIPPO)技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法采用前外侧入路MIPPO技术治疗31例胫骨远端骨折患者。记录骨折愈合时间,观察切口感染情况。术后3个月参照Johner-Wruhs评分标准评价临床疗效。结果31例均获得随访,时间3~18个月。1例出现切口边缘皮肤部分坏死,经换药后愈合;其余30例切口愈合良好,无切口感染情况发生。骨折均愈合,愈合时间12~16(14.32±3.38)周。术后3个月,参照Johner-Wruhs评分标准评定疗效:优24例,良6例,差1例,优良率96.77%。结论前外侧入路MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折具有良好的临床效果。

The efficacy of anterolateral approach minimally invasive percutaneous titanium plate osteosynthesis internal fixation technique in the treatment of distal tibial fractures

Objective To summarize the role of anterolateral approach in the treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous titanium plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)internal fixation.Methods The 31 patients of distal tibial fracture were treated with anterolateral approach MIPPO technique.The healing time and wound infection were observed.The treatment effect was evaluated at 3 months postoperation according to Johner-Wruhs score criterion.Results The 31 patients were followed for 3~18 months.One case had partial skin necrosis at the edge of incision,and healed after dressing change;the other 30 cases healed well.No incision infection occurred,and all fractures healed at 12~16(14.32±3.38)weeks.According to Johner-Wruhs scoring criterion at 3 months postoperation,24 cases were excellent,6 cases good and 1 poor,the excellent and good rate was 96.77%.Conclusions The anterolateral approach has a good clinical effect in the treatment of distal tibial fracture with MIPPO technique.
