清热解毒类中药抗新型冠状病毒肺炎研究进展

摘    要:2019年12月以来发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)引起了全世界的广泛关注。在此次抗击疫情中,我国中医药显示出独特优势,其中清热解毒类中药"清热解毒"的功效针对新冠肺炎患者病证治疗发挥出重要积极作用。总结具有潜在抗新型冠状病毒肺炎作用的清热解毒类中药种类,梳理清热解毒类中药抗新冠肺炎作用机制研究,整理了清热解毒类中药在临床治疗组方应用,以期更好发挥清热解毒类中药对于新型冠状病毒的防治作用及对于后续相关药物研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract:COVID-19,which has occurred since December 2019, has caused widespread concern. In the fight against COVID-19, traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages. The effect of heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese drugs play an important and positive role in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19). This paper summarized the types of traditional Chinese drugs with potential anti-COVID-19 effects and the research on the mechanism of pharmacological action and its application in clinical treatment, so as to give better play to the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and provide some references for the subsequent research on related drugs.
