血栓通联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者凝血纤溶功能及血清神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的探讨血栓通联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者凝血纤溶功能及血清神经递质的影响。方法将92例急性脑梗死患者随机分为联合用药组和对照组,每组46例。对照组给予阿司匹林(0. 1 g/d)口服治疗,联合用药组给予血栓通(450 mg/d)联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、凝血纤溶功能、血清神经递质水平。结果与治疗前比较,联合用药组及对照组治疗后NIHSS评分显著降低(均P <0. 01)。联合用药组及对照组治疗前NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),联合用药组治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组间预后差异有统计学意义,联合用药组有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。与治疗前比较,联合用药组及对照组治疗后血清纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)水平显著升高,纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)及血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)水平显著降低(均P <0. 05)。与对照组比较,联合用药组治疗前t-PA、PAI-1、GMP-140水平差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05);联合用药组治疗后t-PA水平显...

Effect of xueshuantong combined with aspirin on coagulation and fibrinolysis and serum neurotransmitters in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of xueshuantong combined with aspirin on coagulation and fibrinolysis and serum neurotransmitters in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin(0.1 g/d)and the combined treatment group was treated with xueshuantong(450 mg/d)combined with aspirin.The clinical efficacy,the function of coagulation and fibrinolysis,serum neurotransmitters were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those in pre-treatment,the NIHSS scores after treatment in combined treatment group and control group were significantly lower(all P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in NIHSS score between combined treatment group and control group before treatment(P>0.05),and the NIHSS score after treatment in combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in prognosis between the two groups,the effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in pre-treatment,the level of serum plasminogen activator(t-PA)after treatment in combined treatment group and control group were significantly higher,the levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor1(PAI-1)and platelet granular membrane protein-140(GMP-140)after treatment in combined treatment group and control group were significantly lower(all P<0.05).Compared with those in control group,the levels of t-PA,PAI-1,GMP-140 before treatment in combined treatment group have no statistical significance(all P>0.05),the level of t-PA after treatment in combined treatment group was significantly lower,and the levels of PAI-1,GMP-140 after treatment in combined treatment group were significantly higher(all P<0.05).Compared with those in pre-treatment,the contents of serum serotonin(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)after treatment in combined treatment group and control group were significantly higher,the contents of serum glutamic acid(Glu)and aspartic acid(ASP)after treatment in combined treatment group and control group were significantly lower(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the contents of 5-HT,DA,Glu and ASP between combined treatment group and control group before treatment(all P>0.05).Compared with those in control group,the contents of 5-HT,DA after treatment in combined treatment group were significantly higher,and the contents of Glu,ASP were significantly lower(all P<0.05).Conclusions Xueshuantong combined with aspirin is helpful to improve the degree of neurological deficit and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.It may be related to the regulation of coagulation and fibrinolysis,serum neurotransmitters and other factors.
