逆行岛状腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复足后跟部软组织缺损

目的探讨逆行岛状腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复足后跟部软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法应用逆行岛状腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复15例足后跟部软组织缺损患者。受区创面面积4 cm×5 cm^6 cm×12 cm,皮瓣设计面积5 cm×6 cm^7 cm×13 cm。结果患者均获得随访,时间3个月~2年。15例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣色泽、弹性好,外形美观,踝关节功能恢复好,患者满意。结论应用逆行岛状腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复足后跟部软组织缺损皮瓣血供可靠,外形与质地良好,手术操作简单,是修复足后跟软组织缺损的可靠方法。

The reverse island peroneal artery perforation flap for repairing soft tissue defect in heel

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of reverse island peroneal artery perforation flap in repairing soft tissue defect of heel.Methods The 15 cases of soft tissue defect of heel were repaired with reverse island peroneal artery perforation flap.The wound area was 4 cm×5 cm^6 cm×12 cm.The designed area of the flap was 5 cm×6 cm^7 cm×13 cm.Results All patients were followed up from 3 months to 2 years.The 15 cases of flaps all survived,with the good colour and lustre of skin flap,elasticity,good appearance,ankle joint function were restored well,the patients were satisfaction.Conclusions The reverse island peroneal artery perforator flap is used to repair soft tissue defect of the heel,which has reliable blood supply of the flap,good shape and quality,simple operation and so on,and is a reliable method to repair soft tissue defect of the heel.
