基于艾森克人格分类的多维护理对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

目的探究基于艾森克人格分类的多维护理对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2019年3月本院血液净化中心进行维持性血液透析的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组行常规护理。观察组在对照组基础上给予基于艾森克人格分类的多维护理。分别于入院时及6个月后对两组睡眠质量及生活满意度进行比较。结果两组护理前睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理前生活满意度评定量表(LSR)、生活满意度指数A量表(LSIA)及生活满意度指数B量表(LSIB)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后LSR、LSIA及LSIB评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予艾森克人格分类的多维护理应用于血液透析患者中,可以显著改善睡眠质量,提高生活满意度,对提高维持性血液透析患者的就医满意度具有重要的临床意义。

The Effect of Multi-maintenance on the Quality of Sleep and Quality of life in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients based on Eysenck's Personality Classification.

Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing based on Eysenck personality classification on sleep quality and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,120 patients undergoing maintenance dialysis in the blood purification center of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given multidimensional nursing with Eysenck personality classification on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality and life satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed by questionnaire at admission and 6 months later.Results Before nursing,the scores of each dimension of sleep quality in the two groups were compared(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of each dimension of sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the LSR,LSIA and LSIB scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05),and the LSR,LSIA and LSIB scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-maintenance of the Eysenck personality classification should be used in hemodialysis patients,which can significantly improve their sleep quality and improve their life satisfaction.It is of great significance to improve the satisfaction of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
