中风风险人群及高危人群中医状态辨识

Identification of TCM status of stroke risk population and high risk population

Professor Ren Jixue believes that the pathogenesis of stroke is the upward rush of wind due to the kidney deficiency,which carries nutrient qi and yin fluid upward to disturb the brain.He maintains that the two kinds of TCM status of stroke risk population are manifested by phlegm and dampness flatulence owing to spleen and stomach deficiency in the middle jiao on the one hand,and by yang qi leak due to the essence-blood deficiency and loss of liver and kidney in the lower jiao on the other hand.As for the two kinds of TCM status of stroke high risk population,Professor Yin expresses them as phlegm and dampness stagnation in the body and fire stagnation in the liver meridian on the one hand,and upper hyperactivity of liver yang due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney.According to this theoretical system,the treatment principle of stroke high risk population is to promote qi flowing and resolve stagnation,to clear phlegm and fire,to suppress hyperactive liver and subside yang,to descend qi and clear fire.Attention should be paid to the recuperation of spleen and stomach and the regulation of lifestyle during the nursing.
