| 摘 要： | 目的:观察分期整体针灸法对脑梗死偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响.方法:113例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为整体针灸法组(治疗组)63例和传统针灸法组(对照组)50例,比较两组治疗后ADL的改善情况.结果:治疗组在提高患者ADL、降低残疾率方面均优于对照组.结论:分期整体针灸法是治疗中风偏瘫的有效方法,能更好地改善患者的生活质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effect of phased whole acupuncture on ability of daily life(ADL)in patients of hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction.Methods:113 cases of hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=63) treated with phased whole acupuncture and a control group(n=50)treated with traditional acupuncture.After treatment, improvement of ADL in both groups was compared.Results:The treatment group in increase of ADL and decrease of deformity was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Phased whole acupuncture is an effective method for hemiplagia due to cerebral infarction with better improvement of quality of life. |
