精子数异常与小Y染色体及内分泌性腺激素水平

摘    要:目的 观察精子数目异常与小Y染色体及内分泌性腺激素水平。方法 对262名少精及无精症患者检测染色体,并对其中11例小Y染色体患者及随机抽取的15例Y染色体正常的患者运用磁性分离酶免疫测定法分别检测性腺激素。 结果 小Y染色体检出率为4.19%(11/262),其内分泌性腺激素均呈高卵泡刺激素、高黄体生成素和低睾酮水平,与Y染色体正常的无精及少精症患者相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而小Y染色体不同精子数组各内分泌性腺激素比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 精子数目异常可能与小Y染色体有关,小Y染色体基因改变可能是导致其内分泌性腺激素的变化因素。

Abstract:Objective To assess the relationship between small Y chromosome and the endocrine sexual gland hormone level among oligospermia and azoospermia patients. Methods Karyotypes were examined using peripheral blood samples collected from 262 oligospermia and azoospermia patients from one male infertile clinic. The endocrine sexual gland hormone levels were compared between all 11 patients with small Y chromosomes and 15 patients randomly selected from 251 patients with normal size of Y chromosomes using MALA. Results The prevalence of small Y chromosome was 4.19% among 262 oligospermia and azoospermia patients. Statistically higher levels of FSH and LH and lower levels of T were found among 11 patients with small Y chromosomes compared with the levels of 15 patients with normal size of Y chromosomes (P<0.05). When 11 patients with small Y chromosomes were classified into three different groups basing the number of sperms, no difference of endocrine sexual gland hormone levels was found among these groups. Conclusion Further studies are needed to assess the relationship between small Y chromosome, azoospermia and change of endocrine sexual gland hormone levels among male infertile patients.
