电刺激小脑顶核治疗对急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的 研究电刺激小脑顶核治疗对急性脑梗死患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法 将 80例急性脑梗死患者 ,随机分为治疗组 40例和对照组 40例 ,两组均采用常规神经内科药物治疗 ,治疗组加用电刺激小脑顶核治疗。所有病例在治疗前和治疗后 10天应用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分法 (FMA)和欧洲卒中评分 (ESS)进行功能评定和测定血浆内皮素 (ET)水平。结果 两组在治疗前FMA评分 ,ESS评分 ,血浆ET水平均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组在治疗后 10天上述指标均明显改善、与治前及对照组比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,未出现血压、心率的变化等异常反应。结论电刺激小脑顶核治疗对急性脑梗死患者早期肢体功能的恢复有明显促进作用 ,且安全

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of fastigial nucleus stimulations(FNS)treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 40 of them were stimulated by fastigial nucleus stimulations(FNS)as treated group.Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale,European stroke scale and levels of endothelin in plasma were measured in all patients before and 10 days after therapy.Results There were significant difference in Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale,European stroke scale and levels of endothelin in plasma between FNS treated group and control group 10 days after therapy.lt was no effect on blood pressure and heart rate in all FNS patients.Conclusion FNS is effective and safe in treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarctions.
