| 摘 要： | 目的:观察辨证分型论治干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将干眼症56例(112只眼)分为A、B两组。A组32例(64只眼)采用中医辨证治疗;B组24例(48只眼)给予外用人工泪液治疗。结果:A组有效率78.13%;B组有效率58.33%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。A组治疗后角膜染色、泪膜破裂时间、泪液流量、眼部症状积分,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P0.01);在泪膜破裂时间、眼部症状积分方面,与B组比较,有非常显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:辨证论治干眼症有较好疗效。 |
