雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的效果

目的观察雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将94例确诊为Hp阳性消化性溃疡的患者随机分为两组,对照组46例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊＋阿莫西林胶囊＋克拉霉素三联疗法治疗,治疗组48例患者口服雷贝拉唑＋阿莫西林胶囊＋克拉霉素三联疗法治疗。结果治疗组溃疡总有效率为91.66%,对照组为78.26%,两组溃疡疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组Hp根除率为93.75%,对照组为76.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;经治疗后,两组患者症状评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;与治疗后的对照组相比,治疗组症状评分下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论雷贝拉唑三联疗法能有效促进Hp阳性消化性溃疡的愈合、清除Hp及改善患者临床症状,其治疗效果优于奥美拉唑三联疗法。

Effect of Rabeprazole triple therapy on peptic ulcer infected with positive helicobacter pylori

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Rabeprazole triple therapy for peptic ulcer infected with posi- tive helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods 94 cases diagnosed with peptic ulcer infected with Hp positive were divided in- to the control group（46 cases）and the treatment group（48 cases）.The control group were treated with the omeprazole triple therapy, namely,omeprazole enteric-coated capsulesq-amoxicillin capsules＋clarithromycin, while the treatment group were treated with the rabeprazole triple therapy, namely, rabeprazole-[-amoxicillin capsulesq-clarithromycin by oral administration.Results The total effective rate for peptic ulcer was 91.66% in the treatment group,and 78.26% in the control group, so there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）.The Hp clearance rate of the treatment group was 93.75 % ,and that of the control group was 76.09 %, significantly different from the former （ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, compared with that of the control group, the symptom score of the treatment group decreased more significantly, and the difference between two groups was statis- tically significant（ P 〈0.01）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy can effectively promote the healing of peptic ulcer with positive Hp,eliminate Hp and im- prove patientgclinical symptoms. It has better clinical effect than omeprazole triple therapy.
