大肠息肉病理类型与中医体质关系的研究

[目的]探讨不同病理类型大肠息肉患者的中医体质分布特点。[方法]根据2009年颁布的《中医体质分类与判定标准》对我院中医科及内窥镜科181名大肠息肉患者进行中医体质调查,并统计被调查者大肠息肉的病理类型,分析不同病理类型大肠息肉患者的体质分布特点。[结果]181名大肠息肉患者中,腺瘤性息肉患者平和质占16.06%,偏颇质中阳虚质、阴虚质、气虚质、湿热质为主要体质类型;非腺瘤性息肉患者平和质占39.29%,偏颇质中气虚质、湿热质为主要体质类型。51例行进一步病理分型的腺瘤性息肉中含绒毛成分组偏颇体质中阳虚质、气虚质为主要体质类型,其次为痰湿质;不含绒毛成分组偏颇质中阳虚质、阴虚质、气郁质为主要体质类型。[结论]大肠息肉病理类型与中医体质相关,腺瘤性息肉及含绒毛成分的腺瘤性息肉均以阳虚体质为主。

To study the relationship of the pathological types of colon polyps and traditional Chinese medicine constitution

[Objective]To analysis the distribution features of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, coming from patients who had different pathological types of colon polyps. [Methods]The 181 patients who had different pathological types of colon polyps, admitted to hospital in department of traditional Chinese medicine and endoscopic, Hospital of Shenyang Military District,were investigated,on the basis of the criteria of classification and decision of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, issued in 2009. Simultane- ously, the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution was analyzed. [Results]The patients with mildly constitution accounted for 16.06 %, and with the main biased constitutions, yang-deficiency, yin-defi- ciency,qi-deficiency and damp heat constitution, were suffered from adenomatous polyps. While, patients with mildly constitution accounted for 39.29%, and with the main biased constitutions, qi-defieieney and damp heat constitution, were suffered from dis-adenomatous polyps, （P〈0. 05）. The 51 adenomatous pol- yps were divided into 2 groups,one group containing ingredients of fluff had the main biased constitutions of yang-defieiency,qi-deficiency, followed by phlegm-dampness. And the other group free from ingredients of fluff had the main biased constitutions of yang-deficiency, yindeficiency and Qi-yu physique, （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The pathological types of colon polyps were related to traditional Chinese medicine constitu- tion and adenomatous polyps and the adenomatous polyps containing ingredients of fluff had the main biased constitutions of yang-deficiency.
