| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的临床疗效。方法结直肠癌患者60例,其中行右半结肠切除术10例,左半结肠切除术13例,乙状结肠切除术12例,Dixon手术18例,Miles手术7例。结果 58例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,2例中转开腹手术。手术平均时间(187.7±51.6)min(130~225 min),术中平均出血量(163.6±39.8)mL(65~335 mL),住院时间10~16 d。不同术式均未发生吻合口瘘及死亡病例。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术伤口小、并发症少、胃肠道恢复快,患者住院时间较短。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopy for colorectal cancer. Methods Of 60 colorectal cancer patients, 10 were conducted with right hemicolectomy, 13 left hemicolectomy, 12 sigmoidectomy, 18 Dixon, and 7 Miles. Results Fifty-eight patients underwent laparoscopy successful, and 2 were transformed to open surgery. The average operative time was （ 187.7 ± 51.6） rain （ range, 130 - 225 rain）. The average bleeding during operation was （ 163.6 ± 39.8 ） ml （range, 65 -335 ml）. Patients＇ hospital stay was between 10 and 16 days. There was no stoma] leak and death in all types of operation. Conclusions Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has the advantages of smaller trauma, earlier recovery of intestinal function, shorter hospital stay, and less complications. |
