连朴清胃胶囊对脾胃湿热证慢性胃炎模型大鼠血清HSP-70及SIgA表达的影响

[目的]观察连朴清胃胶囊对慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证大鼠血清的热休克蛋白70（HSP-70）及分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA）的影响,以探讨连朴清胃胶囊治疗慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证的治疗机理.[方法]70只SD大鼠,除正常组10只外,其余60只以2％水杨酸钠10 ml/（kg·d）灌胃,同时饲以高脂高糖高热饮食（20％蜂蜜水自由饮用,隔日灌服油脂10 g· kg-1·d-1,并与油脂隔日灌服白酒2 ml/200 g）并放在湿热环境中,连续20 d,制作慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证模型,将造模成功的60只大鼠按照随机数字表法分为模型组、连朴清胃胶囊高、中、低组、三九胃泰组、雷尼替丁组,灌胃给药10 d,末次给药后禁食16h后,心脏取血,运用ELASA法检测大鼠血清HSP-70及SIgA含量的变化.[结果]模型组HSP-70、SIgA水平高于正常组（P＜0.05）,连朴清胃胶囊高组、中组、低组、三九胃泰组、雷尼替丁组大鼠血清HSP 70、SIgA水平均高于模型组（P＜0.05）,且连朴清胃胶囊高、中、低组、三九胃泰组、雷尼替丁组大鼠一般情况较模型组明显改善,其中连朴清胃胶囊高、中组HSP-70、SIgA高表达及一般情况改善最为明显.[结论]连朴清胃胶囊可能通过诱导HSP-70及SIgA的高表达从而发挥对脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的改善和治疗作用.

Effect of Lianpuqingwei capsule on the expression of HSP-70 and SIgA in serum of chronic gastritis model rats with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome

[Objective] To observe the effect of Lianpuqingwei capsule on the expression of heat shock protein 70（HSP-70）and secretory immunoglobulin A（SIgA）in serum of chronic gastritis model rats with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome,investigate the mechanism of Lianpuqingwei capsule about the treatment of chronic gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome.[Methods]We got 70 SD rats.Except for 10 normal ones,the other 60 were given 2% of sodium salicylate of 10 ml/（kg · d）by gavage,and fed with high fat and high sugar diet at the same time（20% honey water to drink freely,grease of 10 g/kg to take by gavage on alternate days,and 2 ml/200 g white wine to take on the days without grease）,and put in a hot and humid environment for continuous 20 days to make chronic gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome.The 60 rats which were made successfully into models were divided into model group,high Lianpuqingwei capsule,medium Lianpuqingwei capsule group,low Lianpuqingwei capsule group,san-jiu weitai group and ranitidine group according to random number table method,and were given the drug by gavage for 10 days,then were given fasting for 16 h at the end of the last treatment.Afterwards,we took blood samples collected from heart and detected the content change of HSP-70 and SIgA in the rat serum using ELISA method.[Results]HSP-70 and SIgA in model group were higher than those in normal group（P 〈0.05）,and HSP-70 and SIgA in high Lianpuqingwei capsule group,the medium group and the low group and san-jiu weitai group and ranitidine group were all higher than those in model group（P〈0.05）,in addition,the general situation of rats in high Lianpuqingwei capsule group,the medium group,the low group,san-jiu weitai group and ranitidine group was improved significantly in contrast with the model group,with high Lianpuqingwei capsule group,the medium group showing the most obvious improvement of HSP-70,SIgA levels and general situation.[Conclusion]Lianpuqingwei capsule may play a part in improvin
