前交叉韧带损伤MRI诊断与临床诊断对比分析

目的对比分析前交叉韧带损伤的临床诊断及MRI诊断情况。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月收治的78例急性、创伤性膝关节血肿患者作为研究对象。患者入院后均接受Lachman试验、前抽屉试验、MRI检查及关节镜手术检查。以关节镜手术检查结果为＂金标准＂,对比前交叉韧带损伤的临床检查诊断及MRI诊断情况。结果与临床检查诊断相比,MRI假阴性数更低,真阳性数、准确度、敏感度更高（P〈0.01）。结论采用MRI诊断前交叉韧带损伤具有诊断准确率及敏感度高的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Contrast analysis of MRI diagnosis and clinical diagnosis for anterior cruciate ligament injury

Objective To compare and analyze clinical diagnosis and MRI diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury.Methods 78 cases with acute knee joint hematoma or traumatic knee joint hematoma,who admitted to our hospital from March,2012 to March,2014,were enrolled in this study. All patients took Lachman test,anterior drawer test,MRI examination and examination of arthroscopic surgery. And result of examination of arthroscopic surgery was regarded as the＂gold standard＂to compare with clinical diagnosis and MRI diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury. Results Compared with clinical diagnosis,MRI diagnosis showed lower false negative,higher true positive,accuracy and sensitivity（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion MRI has high accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
