鼻内镜下自体鼻中隔软骨修复眶内壁损伤的疗效分析

目的探讨鼻内镜下以自体鼻中隔软骨为移植物修复眶内壁损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该科采用自体鼻中隔软骨为移植物在鼻内镜下修复的29例眶内壁缺损患者的临床资料。结果 29例患者均顺利完成自体组织修复手术,无明显不良反应,术后复视、眼球运动障碍、眼球内陷恢复正常或明显改善;术后随访3~12个月,无视力下降或丧失、眼球偏移、移植物脱出等发生。结论鼻内镜下以鼻中隔软骨为移植物修复眶内壁骨缺损是一种可行的术式,具有视野清晰、微创、并发症少等特点。

Curative effect analysis of repairing intra-orbital wall damage with the nasal septal cartilage under the transnasal endoscopy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of repairing intra-orbital wall damage with the nasal septal cartilage under the transnasal endoscopy. Methods Clinical data of 29 intra-orbital wall damage patients treated with transplantation of autologous nasal septal cartilage under transnasal endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Operation was successfully completed in all 29 cases with no significant adverse effects. Diplopia, eye movement disorder, and endophthalmos were restored normally or improved significantly after operation. Decrease or loss of vision, eye deviation, or graft prolapse did not occur during a follow-up time of 3 to 12 months. Conclusion It is a feasible surgical method repair intra-orbital wall damage under the transnasal endoscopy with autogenous graft of nasal septal cartilage, characterizing a clear field of vision, minimal invasion, less complications, etc.
