| 摘 要： | 目的考察采用国产的聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ作为肠溶包衣材料制备奥美拉唑肠溶丸的可行性。方法分别的采用国产聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ与EudragitL30D作为肠溶包衣材料制备奥美拉唑肠溶丸。并对包衣质量加以比较。结果未碱化聚丙烯酸树脂1160％与95％的乙醇溶液均可包出合格的奥美拉唑小丸，质量与用L30D所制小丸相近。结论采用国产聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ可以用于制备奥美拉唑肠溶微丸。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the feasibility of using polyacrylic acid resin II as the omeprazole enteric-coated pellets′coating material.Methods The omeprazole enteric-coated pellets were prepared by using polyacrylic acid resin II.They were compared with the same pellets prepared by using Eudragit L30D.Results Unbasified polyacrylic acid resin II 60% and 95% of the ethanol solution can be used to produce qualified Omeprazole pellets.There were no significant differences.Conclusion The domestic polyacrylic acid resin II can be used as the omeprazole enteric-coated pellets′coating material. |
