摘    要:目的 探讨在脊髓压迫伤时微时相关蛋白(MAP)1B的表达及其意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法对持续压迫和压迫后减压的大鼠脊髓中MAP1B和乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)的表达进行观察。结果 受压迫减压后的脊髓前角MAP1B有一高表达过程,而持续压迫的脊髓无明显高表达;减压后的脊髓前角有ChAT的表达有所恢复,而持续压迫的脊髓前角ChAT的表达则明显受抑制;从时相上看,减压脊髓MAP1B高表达出现略晚于C

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of microtubule associated protein 1B (MAP1B) and choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in spinal cord compressiion as well the implication. Methods The expression of MAP1B and ChAT in ventral horn of spinal cord following spinal cord compression or following decompression was observed by using immunohistochemical method. Results Following decompression of spinal cord an increased expression of MAP1B could be observed in the ventral horn, while could not following continuous compression of the cord. The expression of ChAT in ventral horn could be restored following decompression of spinal cord, but not following continuous compression of the cord. The increased expression of MAP1B was later than recovery of ChAT expression. There was a coincidence of upregulation of MAP1B expression with recovery of hindlimb function index. Conclusion There is neurite regeneration in ventral horn of spinal cord following decompression of compressed spinal cord, which is more active within 10 to 30 days following decompression of spinal cord.
