| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性粒-单核细胞白血病（CMML）临床和血液学特点及相应治疗对策.方法通过4例CMML病例临床和实验室资料进行分析.结果CMML患者起病症状多为非特异性,可分为慢性期、加速期和急变期.化疗耐受性差,给予小剂量化疗,干扰素及成分输血治疗.结论CMML多见于老年人,病程有类似慢粒之演变过程.预后较差.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy strategies of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia （CMML）. Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 4 CMML patients were analyzed. Results 4 cases were old men. The main clinical manifestations were nonspecific. The course was divided as chronic, accelerated and blast crisis phase. The chemotheraphy of low dose of interferon and blood composition transfusion were given. Conclusion Most cases of CMML are old patients. The progress is similar as chronic myelogenous. The prognosis is poor. |
