原发性肝细胞癌血管内皮生长因子与微血管密度的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、微血管密度 (MVD)与原发性肝细胞癌 (PHCC)发展的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术检测 42例PHCC组织及 10例癌旁组织中VEGF的表达和MVD。结果 :42例PHCC组织中 2 3例 (5 4.8% )VEGF阳性表达 ,MVD均值为 15 3 .7± 5 6.0 ,显著高于癌旁组织。VEGF表达阳性组MVD明显高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF ,MVD与淋巴结转移、门静脉癌栓形成、包膜完整性和患者生存期长短密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,而与癌结节多少和患者HBsAg是否阳性无关。结论 :PHCC组织中VEGF ,MVD与其浸润、转移及预后有关 ,可作为监测PHCC预后的重要指标

Abstract:Objective: It is to study the relationship among vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), microvessel density (MVD) and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHCC). Methods: The expressions of VEGF and MVD in 42 cases of PHCC tissue and 10cases of juxtacancerous tissues were detected with immunohistochemical methods. Results: VEGF expression was positive and MVD was 153.7±56.0 in 23 cases of PHCC tissue, and both were higher than those in juxtacancerous tissues. MVD in VEGF expression group was higher than that in VEGF nonexpression group. VEGF and MVD correlated significantly with lymph node metastasis, emboli in the portal vein, integrality of capsule and survival duration, but not with the number of tumor node and HBsAg. Conclusion: VEGF and MVD are related to invasion, metastasis, and prognosis in PHCC. VEGF and MVD are important prognostic predictors in PHCC.
