以骨关节症状为突出表现的肝豆状核变性1例(附文献复习)

目的 :探讨肝豆状核变性骨关节症状的临床特点及出现骨关节症状的发病机理。方法 :报道 1例以骨关节症状为突出表现的肝豆状核变性病例并对有关文献进行复习。结果 :本例以腰背困痛 ,双膝关节疼痛 ,大腿痛 ,足跟痛为突出表现 ,并有肝硬化及神经系统症状 ,眼科检查可见 K— F环 ,除外别的疾病 ,确诊为肝豆状核变性。结论 :以骨关节症状为突出表现的肝豆状核变性临床可以见到 ,应注意和其它疾病鉴别。

A report of 1 case of wilson's disease with the first manifastation of osteoarthropathy

Objective:To study the clinical features and pathogesis of osteoarthropthy of hepatolenticular degeneration (Wilson′s disease).Methods:One case of Wilson′s disease with the first manifestation of osteoarthropathy was reported and the literatures associated with osteoarthropathy of Wilson′s disease were reviewed.Results:The main clinical features of osteoarthropathy were back pain,pain of knees and hips.Other clinical features were liver disease,neurological signs and finding of K-F ring in eyes,so the diagnosis of hepatolenticular degeneration was made.Conclusion:Hepatolenticular degeneration with the first manifestations of osteoarthropathy can be seen in clinial works.
