肌电图检测对糖尿病周围神经病的诊断价值

目的：探讨肌电图检测对糖尿病周围神经病的诊断价值．方法：对105例糖尿病患者进行肌电图检测并与45例健康人进行对照．结果：糖尿病组之运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)与健康人组比较均存在显著差异（P＜0．01)，正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经及胚神经之MCV的远端潜伏期及正中神经、尺神经之SCV的波幅与健康人之间也存在显著性差异（P＜0．01)；SCV与临床症状比较：有症状肢体SCV异常率高于无症状肢体（P＜0．05)．结论：神经传导速度的减慢为糖尿病周围神经病确实可靠的指标，并且提出MCV的远端潜伏期及SCV的波幅也应作为测定指标之一，同时加强有症状肢体的检测有助于糖尿病周围神经病的诊断．

The Value of Electromyogram in the Diagnoses of Diabetic Complication-neurophathy

Objective: To explore the value of electromyogram in the diagnoses of the diabetic complication-neuropathy. Data sources and Approaches: Based on examination of 105 diabetes patients with electromyogram and a comparison with 45 people in the normal control group. Results: The comparison indicated that a striking difference exists between diabetes patients and people in the normal control group in terms of the MCV of motor nerve and the SCV (P<0.01) of sensory nerve, the distal part incubation period of the MCV of median nerve, ulnar nerve, sural nerve and tibial nerve as well as the SCV amplitude (P<0.01). The comparison indicates a higher rate of SCV abnormity in patients with limb symptoms than those without (P<0.05). Conclusion: The slow-down of MCV provides not only a reliable evidence of the diabetic complication-neuropathy, but also a basis for the measurement of the distal part incubation period of the MCV and the SCV amplitude. A strengthened examination of limb symptoms is of great help to the diagnosis of the diabetic complication-neuropathy.
