| 摘 要： | 采用工业生产茶多酚装置，研究有机溶剂提取法生产茶多酚时的提取溶剂和去杂溶剂，比较不同提取溶剂-去杂萃取剂-乙酸乙酯系统生产的茶多酚品质和生产特点，研究结果对不同用途的茶多酚生产具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The different extraction solvents on the production of tea polyphenols(TP) by industrial devices were studied,and the key processing characters and the qualities of TP produced by different extraction solvents-ethyl acetate systems were compared.The research results are significant for producing tea polyphenols with various applications. |
