急性轻度躯体外伤患者家属的心理状态调查

目的 分析急性轻度躯体外伤患者家属的心理状况，以充实健康教育及心理护理内容。方法 采用症状自评量表SCL-90和家属一般情况调查表，对97例急性轻度躯体外伤家属进行心理调查。结果 SCL-90各因子分和阳性项目数与国内常模比较，显示多数患者家属无明显心理异常症状。97个家属中，14人出现睡眠和饮食等心理异常症状，强迫症状9人，抑郁8人，躯体化症状7人，焦虑6人，敌对5人，恐怖4人，偏执性3人，精神病性3人。家属一般情况的多个项目与SCL-90各因子分之间呈显著的正或负相关．结论 急性轻度躯体外伤患者家属中的部分人出现各种心理异常症状，因此，在对急性轻度躯体外伤患者家属群体实施健康教育及心理护理的过程中，要关注少数需要心理帮助的患者家属。

Mental state of the family members of patients with slight acute trauma

Objective: The aim of the study was to analyze the psychological conditions of the family members of patients with slight acute trauma to enrich the education on health and psychological nursing. Methods: The SCL-90 chart and general condition chart were used to investigate the psychological conditions of 97 family members of 97 patients with slight acute trauma. Results: According to the Chinese norm mode, most of the family members had no significantly abnormal psychological problems. Among those with abnormal psychological conditions, it showed 14 people with disorders of sleep and eating, 9 people with obsessive-compulsive disorder, 8 with depression, 7 with body symptoms, 6 with anxiety, 5 with hostility, 4 with horror, 3 with paranoid, 3 with psychosis. There were significant positive or negative correlations between many items of the general conditions and several factors of the abnormal psychological condition. Conclusion: Most of the family members of the patients with slight acute trauma had not manifest abnormal psychological symptoms, whereas a few of them had. Hence, much attention should be paid to those family members who need more psychological help when performing education on health and psychological nursing for the family members of patients with slight acute trauma.
